TSM has signed a deal with America’s Most Wanted to revamp their website and strengthen their online presence. After long bidding and discussions we were able to collaborate with John Walsh and his staff in landing the contract to begin a new partnership. TSM plans to develop a strategic and advanced website that promotes its importance and presents their information in the best possible way. By incorporating more technology, graphics and videos TSM will create a compelling and responsive experience for each visitor. Tactical marketing and social networking will create new avenues to inform the public and motivate them to support America’s Most Wanted and their purpose. TSM will also assist in a case study that will broaden AMW’s knowledge on how to get their message out to the world. The all new AMW.com will be launched in July and we look forward to expanding their coverage into various realms of the online spectrum.

Orlando, FL June 21 – TruSun Media (TSM) announced today that it has agreed to acquire digital advertising company Xcell Advertising. Xcell Advertising specializes in non-traditional ad placement in high traffic locations throughout Orlando. They utilize TV screens running high quality ads with video and graphics to provide a dynamic display to assist their clients in gaining more exposure.
Xcell Advertising injects its ‘think global, act local’ technique to TSM to create digital advertising packages that go beyond the internet and explore different avenues.
The acquisition of Xcell Advertising transcends current marketing trends and will provide an in-house team for building a digital presence for new or established companies. TSM’s expertise with video production, website development, and internet marketing will now multiply their branding capabilities by overseeing all elements including design, production, editing, marketing, and promotion.
“TSM will be the only agency that can integrate company branding with multiple marketing campaigns where all the pieces fit and work together so customers do not have to do it themselves. Our customers benefit as their branding costs go down while overall exposure and market penetration go up.” said Xcell Advertising, Director of Operations, Brad Bliven.
TSM and Xcell Advertising are official partners of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and their merger will assist in charitable efforts by helping the organizations gain more exposure. Channel News 13 Video:
“This is a fantastic day for Xcell Advertising, they are joining forces with a recognized leader with the goal to drive innovation and value across every aspect of the marketplace.” said Jason Ross, TSM’s CEO.
“Xcell Advertising is a pioneer in modern marketing and non-traditional ad placement, this merge represents the innovation and customer satisfaction the company has achieved. Our largest customers have been asking us to step up to a broader role to reduce complexity, risk and cost by delivering a highly optimized campaign based on more services,” said TruSun Media Executive Ryan Baker. “This transaction will preserve and enhance investments made by our customers, while we continue to provide customers with a variety of services.”

The City of Casselberry in Central Florida has officially welcomed TSM on their team in more ways than one. Casselberry is a flourishing suburb of Orlando that is making numerous ventures to establish themselves as an environmentally friendly, high tech city in Florida. Economic and ecological expansions are their priorities and they have reached out to TSM to assist with these efforts. With TSM staying on the cutting edge of technology and marketing, they have caught the attention of Casselberry’s management and information technology department. In addition to TSM’s new state of the art facility being in Casselberry, the city has built a brand new commercial real estate park to attract businesses with similar modern and eco-friendly approaches. TSM will be partaking in numerous roles to market the city’s new movement including setting up a committee for technological and ecological studies. Several videos will be produced by TSM about the benefits of living and working in Casselberry and becoming a modern, eco-friendly city. Social media and community events will be the primary promotional avenues for creating awareness about their efforts, which will also be managed by TSM. Florida is behind the curve when it comes to green initiatives, but Casselberry will be one of the first in the state to set the standards with the help of TSM. We are honored that the city of Casselberry has commissioned us to promote and brand their advanced municipality efforts and look forward to our involvement with their city.

TSM’s accomplishments have caught the eye of state representatives who fully support the direction the city of Casselberry is taking. While working with the city of Casselberry, TSM had the opportunity to meet Congresswoman Susanne Kosmas. She made a stop in Casselberry to commend the city on their advances in multiple improvements and upgrades in city parks, recyclable energy, ‘green’ technology. Suzanne also acknowledged TSM’s involvement in the city’s movement and spoke about assisting in their efforts to promote and set an example for other cities. Environmental progression is at the forefront of their agenda and Congresswoman Kosmas will be supplying a grant to help Casselberry expand their commercial real estate park for new businesses. She also indicated that she would like TSM to help with her campaigns in the future. We are proud to help Casselberry and Congresswoman Kosmas with their economic & ecological endeavors and will continue to help them grow.

The TSM team along with our family and friends participated in the 25th annual Charity Challenge at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando Saturday, May 22, 2010. Since its inception in 1987 the annual Charity Challenge has raised over $4,000,000 for Central Florida charities. Over $300,000 was raised in last year’s Challenge alone and we are very excited to be a part of this years events. With a tug-of-war competition, basketball, volleyball, canoe racing, tube racing and more there will be something for everyone to participate in. We’re inviting everyone to come out and support the TSM team as well as the many deserving charities in Central Florida. If you don’t want to participate, come out and support us and join in the fun. There will be food and drinks and every penny goes to charity. Bring the kids and make it a family affair!
We’re looking forward to the fun and games, and advise the other teams to step their game up. TSM always loves a little bit of healthy competition!

Dwight Howard teamed up with TSM for the premier of his debut movie Just Wright starring Queen Latifah and Common. Dwight Howard invited TSM to film and promote this epic event at the AMC movie theater in Altamonte Springs May 11, 2010. Fox Search Light collaborated with TSM to create a social networking campaign to promote the movie and give fans the opportunity to attend the premier. TSM implemented a twitter contest and created an online frenzy among Orlando Magic fans. The online campaign was a huge success because of the fan involvement and boosting the awareness of Dwight Howard’s role in the Just Wright.
The event kicked off as Dwight Howard and friends arrived and mingled with fans and the TSM team. A press conference was held upstairs and TSM filmed meet and greets with fans and an autograph signing for children. Afterwards Orlando Magic coach Stan Van Gundy and teammates Vince Carter and Matt Barnes joined him as they walked into the theater to be the first to see Just Wright. After the show Dwight interacted with everyone in attendance, signed more autographs and concluded the day.
TSM had exclusive access to promote and film the entire event.

Richard Seppala, or the ROI guy as he is so fondly called, is a longtime friend and client of TSM. This past week we enjoyed a night of filming and fun at the red carpet event at the Citrus Club and the Grand Bohemian, featuring the CW13 girl Erica D’amaro.
Erica D’Amaro was a lot of fun, and interviewed each of the thirty experts who participated in the event. TSM created a custom backdrop and shot interviews with each of the experts. Everyone participated in a casino-style party at the Grand Bohemian that night to celebrate!
From there, we had the arduous task of setting up for the next day’s shoot. We took an empty ballroom and created a complete set. This included a jib, three cameras, a directing station and everything it takes to make it appeal to the eye. Everything was set up for covering the actual event and a special set up for behind-the-scenes shots.

2010 has already been a big year for TSM’s friend UFC fighter Ben “Killa B” Saunders. We spent time with him this week getting some photos done and wrapping up the development of his official website. The new site is set to launch March 27th in time for his UFC bout against Martin Capman…oops…Jake Ellenberger…oops…Jon Fitch…oops…actually, you never know with this guy. Check out the fight this weekend to check out his opponent (subject to change) and to check out the TSM brand in the octagon once again. Saunders is a great friend to TSM, and we were happy to be on the banner supporting him for this bout.
We also took some time to do an interview with him for TSM Marketing and shoot him on the green screen to get everything prepared for the big launch.

We’ve put in a lot of hard work here at TSM over the years, and we celebrated our sixth anniversary this month. We hit Las Vegas to attend the NightClub and Bar Show and decided to take that opportunity to roll our Bottlestar venture in Vegas and our anniversary celebration into one.
Before we set out for Sin City, we had to celebrate the nuptials of our good friends Ray Nunn and Jessica Parrish (now Jessica Nunn), and we had a blast. Everybody was there and we all had a great time. Congratulations Ray and Jessica!
Vegas was packed. We had a lot of fun, and accomplished a lot. We set up our booth for the Nightclub and Bar Show at the Convention Center and prepared for the huge crowds that were soon to follow. We even appeared on a TV show called HotMixology. The newest episode featuring Dan Akroyd and his Crystal Head Vodka were being filmed there at the time, so not only did we get an amazing opportunity to plug our BottleStar product but we had a chance to hang out with one of the original Ghostbusters, too!
After the work was done we went out to celebrate our six year anniversary in grand style, in the only way TSM knows how…. BIG!
We want to thank everyone for all of their support over the years. We can’t wait to celebrate another milestone anniversary with you all. We couldn’t have made it this far without the support of our friends, clients and associates!

This past week some of the members of the TSM team jetted off to sunny Los Angeles, California for the third season of America’s Premier Experts. We had a lot of fun and got a lot accomplished while we were there.
America’s Premier Experts was our entire reason for being in LA, and it was a lot of work. We filmed a total of 15 experts with a director, three cameras, a jib, audio and lighting setup. Everything was set up, filmed and produced by TSM live-to-tape for this show. We worked with makeup artist Rikki Ferrie to help make sure everyone was looking their best and camera ready, and shot an amazing show.
The entire shoot was a lot of fun. Check out our behind the scenes clip of the America’s Premier Experts set and us in the City of Angels.
